What we collect
When you help choose an in-person cohort date, we collect your email address, your optional note about what you want to explore, and the consent you give us to contact you. Existing account holders may also have a name, GitHub username, and content they previously created. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
We use your cohort form answers only to plan sessions and send session updates. Sharing your availability records your interest; dates and invitations are confirmed separately when the schedule is ready. Existing account data continues to support the account features its owner chose to use.
What is public
Cohort form submissions are not public. For existing accounts, profile and project visibility continues to follow the setting previously selected by the account owner.
Third parties
GitHub (OAuth and sync), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Firebase (storage and auth). None of these providers receive your data for advertising.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every cohort email includes a removal link. Removing your interest deletes the email address, optional note, and consent fields from the interest record. We keep only an opaque suppression record so the same address is not accidentally contacted again. Existing account holders can delete their account and its data from Settings > Danger Zone.
